Under a variety of our confidential MEST/TOST protocols that are simply and quickly performed by the less than minimal manipulation procedures, the finally Adinized fat by different sizes of Adinizers, when centrifuged at a certain g force (RCF) and for certain minutes, are separated into mostly 4 layers as like,

stromal cells (SVFs) layer at the bottom,
whitish ECM & stromal cell aggregate layer just above the bottom,
purified adipose tissue layer just below the top
free oils (triglyceride) layer on top
